The Type TL Tree Length Scanners are the ideal scanners for transverse scanning of logs and stems.  With LED location at every 1" along the length of the scanner we get length precision of 1" for single axis and 1/2" for double-axis scanning systems (X axis is installed with a 1/2" offset to Y axis).

Also suited inside the sawmill for log carriage scanner deck or board optimizer or any other applications requiring fast and accurate profile measurement.
